SINGLE-USE FEE, GUEST FEE:
See price list; the minimum price (corresponds to minimum number of guests) listed for every flat must be paid.

FINAL CHECKOUT:
The prices listed include electricity and use of the fitness room and wellness area. Bathrobes (€ 12), internet and telephone (price depends on use), extra cot (€ 15) and final cleaning (see price list) are not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
In general, payment for two nights must be made to secure a reservation. In the event of cancellation, nothing is refunded, however the payment remains on record for one year; during this time, you may redeem your payment by staying at the residence.

DISCOUNTS FOR CHILDREN:
Infants under one year pay € 8 per day, while older children will be charged the full price for an adult guest.
