Our residence

Our residence offers eighteen bright, comfortable flats furnished in the Tyrol style – all of which were completely renovated in 2008. We are located in the centre of San Vigilio where you will find a charming park directly opposite and a farm with many animals at the back. Our freely accessible wellness area features saunas, as well as a fitness room and relaxation room; we are pleased to offer our guests this unique additional service along with their holiday flats. And soon, our residence will feature a cosy play room for your children. All flats and the wellness area have barrier-free access.
